Pacific Rim 2 - George
Pacific Rim Uprising a film directed by Steven S.deknight release on the 22nd of March 2018. It is a sequel to the popular and well made Pacific Rim with a similar plot line.
The story follows Jake pentecost, the son of the hero in the first movie who gave up his life to secure victory for the human race. He was a promising jaeger pilot, however he dropped out of his training and became involved with stealing and criminal operations. Years later he is arrested and forced to come back to his former partner and train cadets.
Similar to the first movie, this film keeps me at the edge of my seat. Action movie lovers like me will love this movie. The story is relatively simple similar to the first film which allows for the action scenes to speak for themselves. The sound effects make you feel like you're inside of the film with the characters themselves.
CGI wise, again they did not disappoint. Every detail has been catered for. I feel like this films CGI can last for more than a couple years and still feel revolutionary.
