Shrek targets everything from fairy tales to Disney films to narrative clichés to bad puns all the while giving the typical fantasy story a few modern twists and turns to deliver a strangely original unoriginal film.  The film is about an Ogre named Shrek. Shrek is a green ogre who lives in a swamp, but his king sends him on a mission which he must complete to get his own land back. After only ten minutes of this film you realise that this movie going to be a classic. I was definitely excited when I finally booked the tickets, sat down and watched the film on release night. In this film Deadpool brings together a team of fellow mutant rogues to protect a young boy of supernatural abilities from Cable. The film completely met my expectations. I was neither surprised or disappointed as the film perfectly met up to its expectations. Reynolds portrays the Deadpool character perfectly. There was the perfect amount of gore, with heads being chopped off, bodies ripped in half without being too gritty all while having a comedic vibe to it. The music choices were great as usual with deadpool films. This is truly a film where you can believe the hype. Overall, the new addition to the Deadpool series is very welcomed unlike many other sequels. It left me dying for more.  ...

It is a sequel to the popular and well made Pacific Rim with a similar plot line. The story follows Jake pentecost, the son of the hero in the first movie who gave up his life to secure victory for the human race. He was a promising jaeger pilot, however he dropped out of his training and became involved with stealing and criminal operations. However, this movie has many violent, disturbing and gruesome scenes such as broken neck, stabbing, shootings, and someone being set on fire. There are many alcohol abuse, swearing and sex scenes.  Well done Lucy Hale for her great acting in this movie. They are all on a mission to collect all six Infinity Stones. The super-villian Thanos plans to use the artifacts to inflict his twisted will on reality.  In my opinion this was easily one of the best Marvel movies so far. Everything about the movie was great. It kept me intrigued and filled me with hope throughout the film and didn't let me down. I can't spoil the movie here but I think the ending was perfect and will lead really well to the 2nd film in the Infinity War series. Now to rate the film, I would give it to solid 9/10. The only other film that I have enjoyed as much would be the first film in the Iron Man series.    ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐       Well Deserved 9/10

This movie is directed by Guillermo del Toro . Pacific Rim is about humans being attacked by massive monsters (Kaiju) and their efforts to fight back against them. They built giant machines to combat these giant monsters. The battles are very intense and engaging providing some entertaining fight scenes. This is paired with some pretty good CGI seeing as it was release almost 5 years ago along with its great story line. I recommend this movie to all movie lovers out there, except those who hates having violence, loud scenes, and improper language. in their movie. This movie details his unfortunate separation from his team as he is left stranded on Mars. He is left to ration his remaining food and to grow his own potatoes on Mars and uses his rover to attempt to reach an old probe named Pathfinder. He uses its camera to make contact with the people back on earth. Which they then teach him how to reprogram the rover to communicate with people on earth. The thing I liked about this film is that he overcomes so many obstacles that come his way as he finds his way home. Overall, this film is remarkable, it nails scientific accuracy while being an engaging movie. Overall I give the film a 9/10   ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐

This marvel movie is truly amazing because of the art style and because of the music choice which makes the movie very energetic and enjoyable to watch. Both Thor and Loki put away their differences to face the goddess of death Hela. This leads to hilarious banter between the two brothers when they are trapped in Sakaar. What I didn't like was when Hela invaded Asgard Thor's good friends in the past 2 movies, Thor 1 and Thor The Dark World, was killed without much of a battle and lacked character development. Overall Thor Ragnarok is the best movie of the Thor trilogy and we rate it 8/10 Solid 8/10    ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐

The movie is very exciting and entertaining with smug jokes scattered across it as the heroes or Avengers battle the strongest foe they have ever faced. The thing that makes this superhero movie different, is that the villain (Thanos) wins as he wipes out half the universe killing more than half of the avengers.
