Pacific rim is an action/science fiction movie released on the 11th of July 2013. This movie is directed by Guillermo del Toro.


Pacific Rim is about humans being attacked by massive monsters (Kaiju) and their efforts to fight back against them. They built giant machines to combat these giant monsters. The battles are very intense and engaging providing some entertaining fight scenes. This is paired with some pretty good CGI seeing as it was release almost 5 years ago along with its great story line. I recommend this movie to all movie lovers out there, except those who hates having violence, loud scenes, and improper language. in their movie. Also, don't recommend to those who are afraid of blood! Although there isn't much of human  blood seen in the film, but there are heaps of blue Kaiju blood, which may be disturbing.


Overall I really enjoyed this movie. The beginning of the movie was amazing, engaging, entertaining and action packed, however, the storyline became slightly hard to follow throughout the middle.


I am rating this an 8/10!

Firstly, we would like to say thank you to our readers. We appreciate the time everyone took to read our review, and we hope everyone who read our blog enjoyed it. Shrek targets everything from fairy tales to Disney films to narrative clichés to bad puns all the while giving the typical fantasy story a few modern twists and turns to deliver a strangely original unoriginal film.  The film is about an Ogre named Shrek. Shrek is a green ogre who lives in a swamp, but his king sends him on a mission which he must complete to get his own land back. After only ten minutes of this film you realise that this movie going to be a classic.
